ChrisTV

If you have a TV tuner card and the program that was included is very basic or it isn't compatible with your PC, you need an application like ChrisTV.

The program supports cards based on BT8x8 (most recent tuners are created using this model), Conexant CX23881 and Philips SAA713x.

With ChrisTV you can watch TV on your PC, organize all the channels, and even record programs that you want to keep. The program supports channel auto-search and includes, teletext, zoom controls, signal quality adjustments, etc.

Further more, with ChrisTV you can also view photos from a digital camara or VHS player as long as your tuner includes a Video IN input.
